  i ordered a cake online and went into the store for pick up where one of the two men were on the phone and i had to greet the other one since he was just STARING at me. I get home and realize I have the wrong cake... no big deal it's just a cake. THAT IS UNTIL your DISRESPECTFUL staff called my phone. He was so astronomically rude I had to take the time to write this. He proceeded to inform me that I had picked up the wrong cake. which i respond, okay well that's fine i cannot come back to the store- i already am home and still have to get to the party i was attending. he then started to inform me that i asked for the wrong cake, and stated, that I said strawberry shortcake was mine, but I ordered the passion cake? All very true, BUT i do NOT work there! I don't know the name of ONE thing on your menu. I told the man that that is HIS fault- i didn't go to the back to get the cake YOU did. I gave you my first and last name- that should have been enough. This worker of yours had the AUDACITY to raise his voice at me and that is when i told him that it's HIS fault he grabbed the wrong cake- it was HIS problem, and HE needed to fix it. I then hung up on him. Try hiring people with better communication and customer service skills. I will be going to Carvel next time.
