  Absolutely horrible, and it's a damn shame that it is. The only reason they are getting instead of one star is I've never had an issue until today, and the situation was so horrible I will never eat there again.
  I always used to eat there and always get the same rhing, the cheeseburger lunch special. So today for some reason they now have a ten dollar minimum for delivery, which is all well and fine, but this was never an issue before and for a 10 dollar minimum I will just walk my ass upstairs. So whatever, she agreed to deliver anyway, the delivery guy was clueless. Food arrives without my drink, awesome, and the bun looked like it had been nibbled on before they sent it to me. Naturally I call to have this rectified. The fluent English speaking woman hands the phone off to a man struggling with his english, and all I get for this delivery disaster was an "Awww I'm sorry...." never again!!!
